Valentine’s Day
Ella is pretty pumped about Valentine’s Day. She and Seth went to Target today and got to choose Valentine’s Day gifts because Mimi and Poppa sent some money in the mail. Nanna came over one day this week and she and Ella made Valentine’s Day cards and cookies. They had a big craft day. Nanna always does Valentine’s Day in a very big way. Meanwhile, Seth continues to limit his walking to moments when we don’t have a camera ready.
Seth’s story to help save other babies
Our pastor wrote a blog on the Chronicle about abortion. As part of the story he linked back to Seth's miracle ear story. Seth's life continues to be used to help save lives and advance the the gospel. Pastor Gregg also used Seth's story in a recent sermon. Click here to see Seth's portion of that sermon and to read the "miracle ear" story.
Fans who watched Super Bowl XLIV saw several great plays that changed the course of the game. There was the Saints' two-point conversion that put them seven points ahead of the Colts, and then Saints CB Tracy Porter's interception of Peyton Manning's pass and the resulting 74-yard run for a touchdown. For me, the best tackle of the day was between an award-winning player – and his mom.
